These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply between the tk333 platform and all users of its services ("Member" or "you"). By registering on tk333, or by continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted all terms of this Agreement.

tk333 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be treated as automatic acceptance of the revised terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.

tk333's services are provided for personal and recreational use only. Using the platform for any commercial purpose or on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.1 Age Requirement

Members must be at least 21 years old to open an account on tk333 and participate in any casino or betting activity. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited. tk333 may request proof of identity at any time to verify age.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each member may hold only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. tk333 has the right to cancel any account created on the basis of false information and to void related transactions.

1. Full name must be recorded correctly.
2. An active mobile number and email address must be provided.
3. If any details change, the account must be updated immediately.

The responsibility for keeping the member's account secure rests entirely with the member. The username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party.

1. Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
2. If you log in on someone else's device, log out at the end of the session.
3. Change your password regularly and use a unique password.
4. Do not respond to phishing or fraudulent messages.

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, and Rocket can be used to deposit on tk333. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposited funds must come only from the member's own registered payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. The member's account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.

tk333 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be sent via the same method used to deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.

4.3 Transaction Verification

For large transactions, tk333 may request additional documents to verify identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this process is completed.

tk333 offers various types of bonuses for its members. Each bonus offer has specific terms, and funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus amount, betting equal to 10 times the bonus must be completed. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement on the bonus is ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

1. Each bonus offer applies to a member only once.
2. If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
3. Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account suspension.
4. tk333 reserves the right to restrict bonuses to specific games or bet types.

5.3 VIP Programme

tk333's VIP programme has four tiers from Bronze to Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week.

Casino games, sports betting, and live casino services are available on the tk333 platform. Each game has its own rules, and members are expected to familiarise themselves with those rules before participating.

6.1 Betting Limits

tk333 may set maximum and minimum bet limits depending on the game or situation. The platform reserves the right to change these limits, and changes may take effect at any time.

6.2 Cancellations and Dispute Resolution

If the result of a bet or round is declared void due to a technical error or incorrect information, tk333 reserves the right to refund the amount of that bet. In any dispute, tk333's decision is final.

6.3 Fraudulent Activity

Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other unauthorised method to bet or play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately.

1. Collusion or manipulating outcomes with other members to gain an advantage is prohibited.
2. Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs will be treated as fraud.
3. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is a breach of this Agreement.

tk333 believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial pressure or addiction. We encourage all members to play within their limits.

Members participate on the platform voluntarily and of their own accord. Members are solely responsible for any financial loss arising from betting or gaming. tk333 makes no guarantee of any specific winnings.

12.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and the terms of each specific promotion, constitute the entire agreement between the member and tk333. Any prior oral or written understanding is replaced by this Agreement.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

12.3 No Waiver

If tk333 does not enforce a term in a particular situation, that will not be considered a permanent waiver of that term. tk333 retains the right to enforce that term in full at any point in the future.

12.4 Language of Communication

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali, which is the authoritative language of this document. tk333 communicates with members in both Bengali and English.
